7 Things to Know About Alex Gonzaga
Alex Gonzaga is an actress, a singer, a host, and a comedienne. These past few years, we have all been witnesses as she took her show business career into greater heights. 1. Her full name is Catherine Cruz Gonzaga. She was born on January 16, 1988 in Taytay, Rizal. Her birthday is fast-approaching! 3. Alex started the course of her career in 2007. From then on, she has played various supporting and lead roles, most of which showed her quirky and fun self. Recently, we have been enjoying to watch Alex do hosting. From all these, we have one conclusion: Alex Gonzaga is good at everything she does.
4. Recently, Alex has also shown us her talent in music. She released her debut studio album “I Am Alex G” with the lead single “Panaginip Lang”. She performed this song during her Roadshow guesting on March 31, 2015 which earned her a nomination in the WMA. 5. She also had her first solo concert in 2015, supporting her album launch. The concert titled “AG from the East: The Unexpected Concert” was held at the Araneta Coliseum on April 25.
6. If you still do not believe that Alex Gonzaga is very talented, get this: she is also a writer. She released her debut novel “Dear Alex, Break na Kami. Paano? Love Catherine” in 2014 under ABS-CBN Publishing, Inc. Her book is a hit, especially to teenagers who easily related to the plot of the novel.
7. We don’t know much about Alex’s personal love story for sure, but in an interview, she admitted that dating people from show business was too much to handle for her. She added that she is very careful in choosing the guys she dates as she wants that guy to be the one who will she eventually marry. You go girl!
