Save the Date for the 2nd Wish 107.5 Music Awards!
Wish 107.5 is kicking off 2017 with a bang! The station is set to celebrate the world-class Filipino musicality through the second Wish 107.5 Music Awards (WMA), happening on January 16, Monday, at the SMART-Araneta Coliseum.
The awards night will be a fitting tribute to acts who continue the legacy of OPM, even re-introducing the immense musical talent of Filipinos to listeners around the globe. The event will also be Wish’s way of giving back to the artists who are the true heroes behind the station’s ascent from being a local FM station to becoming a sought-after gateway of homegrown performers to the world.
This year saw the phenomenal rise of Wish 107.5’s digital platforms. The station’s YouTube channel, the no. 1 FM YouTube page in the country, is recognized for its wide array of WISHclusive performances that highlight the artistry of various OPM acts.
The nominees for the 2nd WMA will be unveiled this December.
The first Wish 107.5 Music Awards was staged on January 26, 2016. Apart from handing out awards during the event, the station also doled out cash prizes to the chosen beneficiaries of the winners in major categories.
